The project centered on redesigning the product experience to make complex information easier to navigate, interpret, and act upon. The primary focus was clarity. The existing interface presented too much information at once, making it difficult for users to quickly identify key performance indicators. The redesign introduced a structured dashboard system, refined data visualization patterns, and a scalable component library to ensure long-term consistency.
