1. Free Trial and Evaluation
We offer a 7-day free trial (or as specified in your plan) for new users to evaluate our platform before committing to a paid subscription. During this trial period, you can access all or limited features of Kit.Africa, depending on the plan selected. We encourage all prospective customers to fully explore our platform during this trial phase to ensure it meets your needs before making any payment.
2. Monthly and Annual Subscriptions
Once your free trial ends, your chosen subscription plan becomes active and billing begins based on the plan selected.

Monthly Plans: Payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing date. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future billing.

Annual Plans: We offer a 14-day refund window after the initial charge for annual plans if you are unsatisfied with the service. Refunds will not be issued after this period, but you can continue using the service until the end of your subscription term.
3. Renewal and Auto-Billing
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless explicitly canceled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription settings. Refunds are not granted for automatic renewals that were not canceled in time.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following limited circumstances:

Service not delivered as promised: If there was a technical issue on our end that prevented you from using the service and our support team couldn’t resolve it.

Duplicate payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same service due to a system or payment gateway error.

Incorrect Plan Selection: If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan and notify us within 3 days of the transaction.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request at our sole discretion based on the nature of the issue, timing, and usage of the platform.
5. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are not given for setup fees, add-ons, API usage charges, or one-time implementation services.

Refunds will not be considered if you violate our Terms of Service, engage in abuse, or misuse of the platform.

No refunds are provided for third-party integrations or products purchased via Kit.Africa from third-party vendors.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting Kit.Africa first may result in the suspension or termination of your account. We strongly encourage you to reach out to our support team to resolve any billing issues before contacting your bank or credit card company.
8. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Kit.Africa dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

No further charges will occur after the current billing cycle ends.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless within the eligible window as stated above.
