1. Introduction

Welcome to Kit Pos Uganda Limited. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our products and services, including Kit, Fieldforce, and Saleslive. By accessing or using our software, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Kit Pos Uganda Limited.
  • “Software” refers to Kit, Fieldforce, Saleslive, and any related services or products offered by the Company.
  • “User” refers to any individual or entity using the Software.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Software.

4. Use of Software

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Software.
  • License: The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software in accordance with these Terms.
  • Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software without the Company's prior written consent.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
  • Compliance: You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prohibited Actions: You may not use the Software for any illegal activities, or to transmit any harmful or malicious content.

6. Fees and Payment

  • Subscription Fees: Access to certain features of the Software may require payment of subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment Terms: You agree to pay all fees as per the pricing plan selected. The Company reserves the right to change pricing upon notice to you.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Software.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Software are owned by Kit Pos Uganda Limited or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
  • Trademarks: The Company’s name, logo, and other trademarks are protected by law. You may not use them without the Company’s prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • Limitation: In no event will Kit Pos Uganda Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.

9. Termination

  • Suspension or Termination: The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Software will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

11. Changes to Terms

Kit Pos Uganda Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
