Before you install
Is Kit Business free?
Yes. It is included with every Kit plan, Economy, Deluxe, Plus and Custom, for every user on the account. Accounting is included free as well, as a bonus on all plans.
Can my staff use it with limited rights?
Yes. The app follows the roles you already set on the web: a branch manager sees their branch, a cashier sees their own sales, the owner sees everything.
Does it work when the network is poor?
Dashboards and lists load from the last snapshot and refresh when the connection returns. Approvals need a connection; Kit POS Desktop handles offline selling at the till.
How do I sign in?
With the same username and password you use on the web, or with a one-time code if your business has two-step sign-in switched on.
Is there an iPhone version?
Yes. Kit Business is on the App Store and on Google Play. The TV app is Android TV only.
