All systems operational.
Kit is served from one platform at pos.kit.africa. This page tells you what is running, where incidents are announced, and who to call when your till or phone says otherwise.

A component shows degraded when more than a few businesses are affected for more than ten minutes. Problems with one business, one till or one phone are handled as support cases, not incidents.
Where incidents are announced
This page is updated by the Kit support team during an incident. Administrators of affected businesses also get an email, and the Kit WhatsApp line carries the same note. A live automated status feed is on the roadmap; until then, this page is the source.
If the till is offline
Kit POS Desktop keeps selling without a connection and syncs later. If the web says a till has sync debt for more than a day, check the till's internet first, then call us. Nothing is lost: the sales sit on the till until they reach the office.
If EFRIS is slow
URA's EFRIS service has its own maintenance windows. Kit queues fiscal requests and retries them, so you can keep selling. Receipts print the fiscal number as soon as URA returns it.
