Questions shop owners ask

Can one sale be paid partly in cash and partly by MoMo?

Yes. Multiple Pay takes any mix of cash, mobile money, card, bank and credit on one receipt, and shows the balance due as you type.

Are the receipts EFRIS-compliant?

Yes. Kit is EFRIS-ready: receipts and invoices are fiscalised from the till with the tax rates and groups you set up once.

Does selling work when the internet is down?

On Kit POS Desktop for Windows, yes. Sales queue offline, receipts print, and everything syncs when the line is back.

Can a cashier give discounts?

Only if their role allows it. Line and order discounts, price edits and returns are permissions you grant per role.

Is Sell included in my plan?

Yes. Sell is part of Kit POS core, which is in every Kit plan, together with Stock, Purchases, Reports and free Accounting.
